(I couldn't do Cdre York, because I don't know what she looks like :P)

Couple things to point out.

1. "Favorite" is misspelled and
2. Manley's undershirt is supposed to be Blue

The English don't know how to speak english let alone spell it. Proof?...

The Brits have an advertisment with a short I sound like is. So what is the verb form? Its advertise with a long I just like we have.

My theory is that admiralty can wear either command red or the color of the department they oversee (where applicable), hence the yellow shirted admiral we saw in DS9...

Manley wears red most of the time because that color of shirt is easier to get, and he moved into the admiralty from starship command. :)
